Return Policy

Returned merchandise will incur a 10% restocking fee. The product must be in its unopened original package, and returned within 10 days of receipt. Please call or email us for a Return Authorization Number. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. We recommend you apply delivery confirmation to confirm your return. Sorry, but we do not accept returns on clearance items.

Defective/damaged merchandise will be replaced or credited upon receipt of merchandise, however it must be reported with in 5 days upon receiving shipment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, discover and American Express credit cards. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. If you would like to pay with money orders and cashiers checks, please contact us for a mailing address.

Backorder and Out of Stock Items

Our shopping cart maintains a live inventory. Should an item be out of stock, you may contact us and we can give you an estimated time frame as to when the item(s) will be available.

Shipping & Handling

All orders within the continental US will be delivered by United States Postal Service, unless otherwise requested. Shipments will be sent out with 48 hours from the date or purchase. Please allow 4-10 days for delivery, unless noted otherwise. If for some reason there is a shipping conflict we will notify you via email.
